However, several new additions were added to our cost: KRIS GRAY, TIM KEELING. DOUG LUSTER, ROBIN HARRIS, DEBBIE BADGER, and MONICA WAGGONER. Spring Fever hod come and gone and it soon was time to begin our Sophomore year. MR. HAINES replaced MR. JAMES os a director ond our new producers were MEL DAY, JIM GENTLE, BETH AUSTIN, ond SHELLEY DIXON. We were on location at homecoming with our float theme. Overhaul the Injuns ' , ond our at¬ tendants were BETH AUSTIN ond RICK JAMES. The FHA-FFA Christmas Dance was also held that yeor with JANET THOMAS ond PHIL BATCHELDER representing our class. New additions added to our cost were MATT PILAJA- VIAN, DOUG ROBY, BRETT WILLIAMS, CHRIS REED, JILL MARKUS, WILLIAM STANLEY, and TRACY CHRISTENSEN Gone, but not forgotten were DOUG FORTNER, LISA PENNYPACKER. ROBIN BELL, CHRIS EICHEL, DOUG ROBY. JILL MARKUS, WILLIAM STANLEY, and TRACY CHRISTENSEN. Oh God, another year! Our Junior year flew by like Chariots of Fire, os we turned the school Every Which Way but Loose. Our float theme was a real Blowout os we placed lost with Rust In Peace. The Verdict ruled ROISIN NIEKAMP ond MANCE THOMS os homecoming attendants. The new producers were MIKE TURNER, BROCK SALADIN, JIM GENTLE, and RICK JAMES. Prom Night was our Main Event with our theme This Time Forever. The night turned out to be a real Fantasia, thanks to the efforts of our Prom crew, JIM GENTLE, DARREN HAENNY, JEFF HORVE, BROCK SALADIN, MIKE TURNER, KAREN BISCHOFF, RAEANN C. MCRIRAHAN, KIM GARNER, MISSY LOVELACE, ond CHRIS BRUMMITT. We ended the yeor with memories of Fast Times and Endless Love, but were Hardly Working. Several people left our cost including MATT PILAJAVIAN, DOUG LUSTER, MICHELLE JULISON, JACKIE CLIFTON, TIM KELLING, LEON SHIPP, ond CHRIS REED. However, two additions that were added were KIM WILLIAMS ond MIKE SIMPSON. Our Senior year finally arrived and the yeor seemed to hove Gone With the Wind with producers MIKE TURNER, MEL MEL DAY, JANICE HEAD, ond JIM GENTLE. DONNA DEMARK joined us os MIKE SIMPSON left. We remember our homecoming float, Only When We Lough. It was Panthers Phone Home. ' We worked 9 to 5 for 48 Hours on our float to come up with a third place. Our homecoming attendants really oughto be in Pictures. Shoring the spotlight were JACKIE JONES, TAWNY JONES, KIM GARNER, SHELLEY DIXON, and ROISIN NIEKAMP. For the gentleman it wos JEFF HORVE, RICK JAMES, JIM GENTLE, MANCE THOMS, and DARREN HAENNY. SHELLEY DIXON ond JEFF HORVE emerged os our 1983 Homecoming king ond queen. In May, we were On the Rood Again for the Senior trip. Graduation moy look like The End, but we ore all looking forward to o Class Reunion. When the curtains closed, and the lights began to dim, each member of the cost of the Class of 1983 hos remembrances of mony fond memories. We entered os Li ' l Darlings on One Dork Night ond left Howl¬ ing os Rough Cuts. At times it seemed like a real Animal House, but we enjoyed every second. We wish the Class of 1984 much luck in their future year at MFHS. State Farm Insurance, George V.
