Perhaps this motto has been an empty saying couched in a dead language. As graduates it now becomes a loud crying challenge to action: it becomes a career. VVhen your fondest dreams and wildest aspirations are snulled out by the crude realities of life then will your faith in the world collapse and your confidence in self vanish. Only faith in God and in His Church will enable you to see the land in the distance when you are tossed about in the deep. Hut your lklarmion motto does not stop with faith. lt boldly asks of you action. This means more than back seat driving or yelling from the bleachers-it means getting out into the arena and lighting, not lighting for things picayune but for God.
