BR. HENRY, 0.5.3. Brother Henry is the Academy tailor. in which all uniforms originate, including their repairs which requires a 2-l hour vigil. The hrother is also in charge of our new cleaning equipment. Brother Henry has been with us for many years, and is very much appreciated. Weneaaile 8401110111 Brother Gerard is an all around man. heing iniirmarian and in charge of the rc- nowned canteen. Not having enough to do taking heed of 388 cadets, l see him wash- ing the school has and painting the school field pieces. 4aaeweZl ancf Qual .luck eapfain fbann Ambitions and aspirations for sound bodies, sportsmanship, and loyalty were just a few of the qualities instilled in the heart of every Marmion Cadet by Captain Dunn. Aside from his duties of in- struction in Commercial Subjects he organized and conducted a very efficient intra-mural recreational program. His services here at lVlarmion were terminated by a Government order to fill a position in St. lVlarie. Michigan. The Cadet Corps and Faculty are sure that Captain Dunn will be as successful in his new undertakings as he was at Marmion. Qazfhea Bmeclicz' As a result of the appointment of Father Benedict, O.S.B., to the Pastorate of St. lVlarys Church, Huntingburg, lndiana, the Cadet Corps lost the congenial compan- ionship of a line instructor and true friend. Father Benedict was well noted for his counselship among the students, who contin- ua'lj' sought his advice. The Faculty and Cadet Corps extend their sincerest wishes to a great priest, Father Benedict. No greater proof could be asked of the accomplishments of a man: as shown by the tangible improve- ments under the supervision of Nlajor W. F. Armin. During his three years of service lllajor Armin's greatest achievement was in attaining the construction of the 550,000 recreation building, long a necessity on the campus. Installa- tion of a new mess hall, recreation- al facilities, an adequate post-ex- change and countless ground im- provements were just a few of the numerous deeds of our former quartermaster. ln his new position in South Bend we wish him the success that was his here at hlarmion.
