The Eighth Grade Band members found that the music this year was more challenging than that played in previous years. But they realized that to get into the Marching Band they would have to work develop- ing techniques so they practiced very hard. By the end ofthe year they were ready to join the Marching Band and showed much talent and promise for the new marching season.
