Ni '.., ...A 0' Going strong at the halfway mark All members of the cross country team participate in every meet and have equal opportunity to u se their talent. ln a sport of this kind, endurance and the desire to win are most important roles than that of natural ability. The fourth team coached by Mike Mashchak ended with 6 wins and 2 losses. John Heitsman short- ened the 11:01 course record by 5 seconds while Chris Craft turn- ed in a 10:58. Bob Spalding makes a fine finish and so does Bob Mme, 79

Fine coaching and team determination brought the final Freshman Football tally to 4 wins, 4 losses this year. Our fine cheerleading squad promoted good school spirit and excellent team backing during the campaign. The team played the best game when they defeated Canton South, 22-8.
