Rhonda Regoli Reigned of Duchy '66 Captain and Duchess danced the night away. DUCHESS, COURT, AND ESCORTS: Cathy Burdick, senior attendant: Ray Barker, Martha Ermlich, retiring Duchessg Tom Ulbricht, Rhonda Regoli, Duchessg Duff The 1966 Duke football team chose Rhonda Regoli as this year's Homecoming Duchess. Each class chose one girl as an attendant to represent it at the Homecoming festivities. The Duchess and her court reigned at the Homecoming game on October 21st and at the dance the following evening. Much time and effort were spent to make our gym a castle for the Duchess. Physics: Paul Gerber, sixth in the Physics: Tim Hirst, third in the state Physics: Doug Cunningham, nine- district teenth in the district Scholarship Teom Affoined Goals Spanish: Doug Haubert, fourth in the state, Linda Waltz. twelfth in the district. 22 Marlington students are continu- ally striving for excellence in all areas, especially so in scholarship. These students are typical of those who appreciate the fight for knowledge. They are willing to do the little bit extra that is required for excellence. The scholarship team is selected from a group of many students, and represents the fields of history, science, mathematics, E n g l i s h, foreign languages, and business edu- cation. A final scholarship test is given each spring at Malone Col- lege, and the students are then rated on both a district and a state basis. These students deserve sincere con- gratulations for the honors they have brought to themselves and to their school.
