Queen and court: Donna Mabry, Janice Kesterke, Mary Albright. Kathrine Corey. Connie Snode. The Class of '67 Staged Sc1yonoro , Prom 7966 Concentration May 7, 1966, was an important evening for the juniors and seniors at Marlington. The theme of this year's prom was Sayonara, and the scene was a Japanese garden, ln- cluding coolies and a rickshaw for the queen. Several weeks of hard work turned the gym into an Oriental wonderland. At one side the Harry Lunch was never like this! Woodfield Orchestra played softly, and on the other side the queen's court waited. Each year's prom queen is elected from a field of five candidates by a vote of the junior and senior classes. It was truly a memorable evening, and thanks from the class of '66 to the class of '67 for making it so. lllllllll lllllllllll l iii, llixll
