Buckeye Girls' State teaches the fundamentals of government. This year our school was represented by delegates Rebecca Wallace, Linda Wyles, Faye Rohrer, and Deborah Traphagen, who spent a week on Capital University Campus. Rebecca was elected as State Representative, centering her campaign around her initials R. W., 'iReal Winner. Linda was elected to the Senate of Bacon City, serving on the Federalist Party. Faye held the sub-cabinet position for the Department of Agriculture in Sherwood City. Deborah represented Finlay City and won the position of City Auditor. Alternates who did not participate were Cathy Burdick and Susan Adams.
