The students and faculty of M.H.S. are indeed grate- ful to him for the time he takes to make the minor as well as major repairs that make life at school run a little more smoothly. Men who give of their time such as he does are defi- nitely examples Which can be followed. It is with pleasure and gratitude that the Viesca Staff dedicates the following pages to Mr. Elbert Watkins.
