Dur- ing these meetings, most of their time was spent in discussing and singing classical music. On May 7 they participated in the annual Music Festival held at the City Aud- itorium in Canton. Everyone enjoyed these meetings because of the variety of music learned. The first and greater part of the time was spent in learning different kinds of class- ical music and the latter part in singing popular numbers. In February the girls sang several numbers for the Farmers Institute and later in May, participated in the annual Music Festival held in Canton.
