FTA Goins exper'ence in teaching The purpose of the Future Teachers of America is to help those students Who are interested to gain the knowledge and experience of teaching. Each member teaches at least one hour a week. Once every month,they have lectures in which a guest speaker, usually a teacher, dis- cusses the importance and rewards of a teaching career.
