sociol needs Through the guiding hands of a combination of social work, social science and guidance, the students' needs are well cared for. The newest addition, social work, can outfit the student with the physical needs according to his defects. Glasses, hearing aids, dentistry, and medicine are on hand for the needy students . Social science, on the other hand, is concerned with the child's knowledge of his social environ- ment and the world around him. He can learn about the civilization of Egypt to the modern workings of computers and rocket launches. Politics, cold wars, Viet Nam, and other world events are re- viewed and studied. This world knowledge acquaints the student with the difference in free and occupied cotuitries. By making class reports, the students take part in the activity. Guidance deals mainly with emotional problems and planning of one's future. Students can not Work well if they are upset. By discussing his problems and find- ing a solution, the student can devote his time toward a definite goal.
