At the same time, the long halls were getting waxed and a fevv areas were being painted over. Then before another breath A could be taken, school started. Sure, there were the usual mishaps ' g S3 MPX and the crowds took some getting used to, but Cabinet got a quick start with offbeat lunchtime activities. 4fTheme Registration brings out the 'iczlkiesi Registration seems to be one of the really frantic times of the year. Everybody runs around trying to get the right classes. Finally getting through with that, the students go to one of the secretaries to get the final O.K. One lucky person gets out without making many adjustments, but most had to see one of the counselors to get a schedule change. Senior counselor, lVlr. Smith, Junior counselor, lVlr. Baldenegro, Sophomore counselor, lVlr. Campos, and Freshman counselor, lVlrs. Connolly helped students get classes that were suitable to the students' needs and abilities. Despite the long lines, things went smoothly due to communication and volunteer work by students and administrators. A.S.B. cards and yearbooks were sold at the last station. IVlrs. Novella Bowe checks the schedule for some seniors on the first day of registration. Funny face-There was room for a casual joke with lVlr. Horst, especially when the joke was on him. Organized mob-The tables in the center of the room were often busy and crowded with students who needed a schedule change.

A gentle smile is all you need when you're down. A smiling face gives you the lift you need to last through the sixth period of the day. Various organizations helped people communicate with each other by selling 'Flower-grams and candy-grams. Hundreds of students utilized these to tell their friends what they meant to them. Ultimately, people are the stun: of Communication.
