PRULUGUE First villain: Where have you been, dear brother? Second villain: Making tests, giving Ps, Using the instruments ot our trade. Third villain: And where have you been? First villain: To the gates ot our realm where l saw Preparing to traverse our land A sweet young child named Clarence. To this young boy we'll give our brew, Four years ot it he will endure Until such time his thirst be guatied And the sight ot us will cause him woe. Second villain: l-low tortuous a path we'll make tor him As we have tor so many betore, Littered with hindering obstacles all the way: Extended days tor tire in cans Demerit slips for acting bad. All these and more we'll have in store For this innocent traveler ot ours. Third villain: Qur crafty schemes will last both day and and night While cramming tor tests tor the morrow While doing his homework at midnight. l-le'll ne'er forget we're with him, Whether it be in his classes Cr at home with his grammars and readers.
