THE LONG RUNNING CHAMPS Varsity had an 11 and 1 seasong the Frosh-Soph had a 12 and 0 season with 20 consecutive dual meet wins over a 3-year period. Both teams were league champions for the 3rd year in a row-Varsity co- champions with Holy Cross and Frosh- Soph champions. This is the first year that we had the in- dividual conference champions-John Haberkorn on Varsity and Tom Leonard on Frosh-Soph. lt is also the first time a junior advanced to the State Finals-John Haberkorn finished in 40th place in the State Finals. -

As many students have found, clubs are very fulfilling and a lot of fun. Marist has a variety of clubs: something for everyone. There's the Science Club, the Spanish and French Clubs, Drama, Stage Crew, Chess, the Astronomy Club, and the Yearbook, not to mention numerable others. It doesn't take much to join a club, so next year why not get a little involved in high school life? You just might have a good time.
