Some of the classes offered in home eco- nomics this year were consumers educa- tion, child development, interior design, and personal culture. These classes had programs or trips during the year. The child development class toured the Spring- field Newspaper company, and KY-3 T.V. studio. Miss Lahna Wilson taught the home economics classes. The eighth grade class was taught by Mrs. Sue Kyle.

Health - The Understanding Of The Body Health--a subject affecting every person, everyday. In this course a clear overall view of the body as a working whole pro- vided a foundation for the steady growth of interest and understanding.
