Health Is Valuable One of rnan's most valuable assets is good health. Health as a Whole includes physical, men- tal and social health. When you are healthy you feel good. You are happier and you do better work. Health helps you enjoy play, sports, and parties. It also helps you make friends. This year in health, study included mental health, drugs, and first aid. It was learned that a well-rounded personality and out- look lead to good health. Don't argue with me, says Cindy Daniel as she gives her health report.
