P.E. class was a time to relieve tensions. In both boys and girls P.E. there was a wide variety of activities. Games such as volleyball, basketball, football, and gymnastics were offered. In health class the basic functions of the body were taught. A first-aid course was offered in which students learned what to do in case of a serious accident. Many films were shown on several areas of study.
