' -K M,,,.,., ilu-A t. - . Comet Staff . . . Planning for the 1966 Comet began last spring as soon as the last shipment for the '65 Comet was sent off. First, a theme and cover must be chosen. Then, come the layouts, pictures, copy, cuts, headlines, and, of course, lots and lots of work. All of these things are changed many, many times. Then, page by page, the Comet IS finished for one more year. A history, a memory book, a training for writers photographers, and salesmen, and people with a few spare minutes are wrapped up in a yearbook. The Comet staff hopes that each of you will find the pages of this yearbook as windows to friends, teachers, activities, and classes. Each boy is required to keep a project during the year. Members attend the state and national conventions. Social affairs include a sweet- heart contest, barnwarming, and parent-son banquet.
