P2 .SZAOOZ KCIJQLQ!! 8 Q i sh! 'S 'E 5 'f nw 'WM js, , CAPTAIN MCGOWIN Coach Like the Varsity, the prep school baseball team was seriously hampered by rain and lack of the regular practice field. The men on the team worked hard, and despite the rough obstacles, they did a very fine iob. Although the prep boys won just one game out ot the tour that they played, it should not be overlooked that two of the losses were by a single run. Then too, the score ot the M. I.-Suttle game indicates what can happen sometimes . . . as in this game a Qi-5 shellacking was administered to Suttle. Ed Craig was leading hitter on this year's team, He had a .625 batting average to his credit plus five runs batted in. .Nh so? N X I Ei' . 1 , , ' ': ' i i .,,,, ' Vg, , . a r,,f . c.
