The CadeT Chorus-organized in The second semester--has certainly been a most welcome addition To The school organizations. Captain Johnson, in working with The members of The chorus, performed a Tine service To The school and we are sure The chorus men Themselves enjoyed The Time They spent under his personal direction .... The May 7 Concert was well attended, beauTiTuIly performed, and much appreciaTed by Those who were able To attend. araifg goofgaff I9 - 359 Captain Garner's Varsity Football Team had an excellent season this year, capped by a 33-O victory over the Baylor School. The line was anchored by Ralph Snodgrass and Her- schel Billingsley who proved to be a two-man wrecking team on defense. Flankmen Dutch Dotterer and Red Wilkins were the favorite targets of quarterback Ted Davis who em- ployed a passing attack that struck fear into the hearts of the opposition. Fine backfield play was the trade mark of this club that had two backfields beter than most team's one. Time after time speed merchants Richard Griffin and Charley Tedder broke away on electrifying runs that thrillled the crowd and demoralized the opposition.
