First How: Mickey Cray, Philip Ricks, Cecil Rogers, Van Wood, jinnny Walker. Demont Annnons, Carlton Shelley. Second Row: Mr. Mabry, Coachg Wayne Taylor, Keith Jaeger, Charles Thames, Asa Evans, Albert Mountcastle. This is another team that is having its first appearance at Marion High School. The 'iB', squad basketball, headed by Coach Mabry, promises to really be a success as they started off their season with a 21-7 victory over Mullins. Most of the 12. boys who are out have never played any organized basketball and this is really an opportunity for them to get in there and find out what itis like. This experience and knowledge that they gain proves invaluable when they move on up into varsity ball and Coach Mabry knows how to give it to them. TEAM BASKETBALL COACH MABRY 47
