This year is the first year that Marion has had a Bw Team in football. This accounts for the fact that they were up against such odds and tough competition, None of the seventeen boys who Went out had ever played any organized football before but under the excellent leadership of Coach Mabry they have come a long Way toward mastering this art. These boys are the ones who will be in the headlines of varsity ball in the next year or two, and they deserve credit for their efforts. OUR COACHES MR. LYON MR. EVANS MR. MABRY 43
