mix OFFICERS Ronnie Young, President, Brenda England, Secretary, Kirby Toney, Vice-President, Martha Nesbitt, Treasurer. euiars From childhood to adulthood in the short space of 12 years, this is the goal we Seniors have attained. At first, the years seemed to drag by, as time drags only for an impetuous youth. But suddenly, as if by some extraordinary locomotion, adulthood stepped in, and the years started to glide by, much too swiftly for our own choosing. Not only have we gained academically, but socially and emotionally as well. We have known the estatic fun of the Washington trip, the pride in receiving class rings, the work and fun in producing the Senior play, and of course, memories of the Senior Christmas party. In a short time, we will receive our diplomas. These marklthe top of our first plateau in life. Many of us will climb to higher peaks, but others will remain on their first plateau. What- ever the case maybe, we are proud that Marion High School was the source of our development.
