For twelve years we have worked and stud- ied for the diplomas we will soon receive. When we were Freshmen we looked forward to our Senior year with great anticipation. Now that we have reached our Senior year, we realize that our high school days slipped by too fast and that each year was most rewarding as we attained new goals. This last year we willespecially cherish --- even our academic Work. Learning about Shake- speare's 'Hamlet' and the sine, cosine, and tan- gent in our Senior algebra class are all part of Senior year. Outside of our school work we will look back on the laughs and fun at our Senior Christmas party, receiving our class rings, the long-awaited Washington-New York trip, and at last Graduation Day as pleasant memories. We, as a class, would like to thank the teach- ers and principal who have so patiently given us wise counsel and instruction. With the interest and teaching they have given us, we leave Marion High School knowing that the days spent here have been invaluable.
