What they lacked in ex- perience and ability, they made up for with great spirit and determination. In winning 4 and los - ing6, the Rippers had a very successful season. Letus not overlook the splendid job done by Coach Ditt, who, with no assistants, had to be line, backfield and head coach. Sixty-nine boys reported for practice. At the end of the Season, fifty-six were still out, thus showing the wonderful spirit that prevailed among the players.
