ROLL ’m Somebody is gonna get hurt on this play. The time has come, A quite overworked phrase, but also appropriate for this. The stage is set, backdrops ready Everything is in focus. The actors in costume on stage Whether street clothes or an athletic uniform. It doesn ' t really matter. The bell rings or a clock starts ticking away quarters of time A tip off, A race for first place, In the lunch line. In the seconds of a timekeepers watch Or the numbers of lights on a score- board. The cameras of our memories whir into action. Roll ' em. Looks like we did the same thing again. How come everybody loves school so much?
