VIEW Teachers stumble in on Monday morning to face another year. Anticipation, excitement The feeling we have for A new school year. The new look at our teachers. Sizing up. Making mental notes. Band camp, Hoping to create whimsical melodies to set up our spirits. Cheerleading practice. To direct our emotion Majorettes, to set our eyes aflame with their talent and beauty. Mr Winters and Kathy G roseclose peddle lunch tickets in the cafeteria. Finally- The first day In ourselves and in other people. New acquaintances. Old ones freshened by a different outlook on things. We have many more premieres. Pep rally Vying for the magic wand of sheer loudness. College Career Night, A shaky peek into the future. For the Seniors, the ever-important step to life, living. To maturity So as summer vacations fade away. The visions, the good times. All slide back into the portals of books and homework.
