Singing the Alma Mater at the Variety show, somehow brings the Seniors closer to each other. chat about the progress of the play. A smile, a pat on the back, and a cheery greeting supplied a portion of the ingredients for friendliness. For many, a mere Hi! What ' s happening? rescued us from the depths of gloom and lifted us to the heights of glee, it would have been so easy for one to think only of himself and forget that other people do exist, but as a MSHS student, it was impossible to do. We were continually entangling all into our web of sunshine and amity. Wingfield still counts the candles openly. Rallying behind the team cements old friendship and serves as the foundation for new acquaintances.

Yes, there was more to good ole MSHS than just work, work, work. These Hurricane People seemed to pop out of nowhere and added hilarity which lifted the strain of the daily routine. No matter if these students were inside the halls, outside in the snow, participating in sports, or showing school spirit, they somehow managed, in their own special way, to make someone laugh and to bring joy to the world of Marion Senior High School.
