In variety Cheers arose as applause echoed the pleasure of the audience. Enthusiasm greeted performances whenever students gathered. Each assembly was unique in its own way regardless of the atmosphere, mood, or content. Learned individuals devoted their time and effort in providing a steady flow of entertainment, whether educational, relaxing, or inspirational. The cares of classes were lightened when the hand of variety made its imprint on our school. Interpretive reading takes a great deal of talent. The chorus lift their voices in praise to the Lord. Johnny Crewey tells the student body about homecoming when he was a student. 20
