Such courses as printing and secretarial train- ing prepare students lor jobs inunediately alter high school graduation. They give pupils a chance to gain practical and useful knowledge and provide an opportunity to practice and apply the skills they have learned. lVorld history and geography teach students about both the United States and the world. Such subjects as English and speech help pupils to express themselves more easily, while French and trigonoiuetry are more specialized and prepare students for college.
