The Marion County High School Beta Club be an the 1984-85 school year witli the initiation of new members. Twenty students caualified for admittance. This set t e Beta Club off toward numerous activities. Old and new members alike helped in the annual canned food drive. The school brought in almost 60,000 ounces of canned food which went to help 40 families. To show our gratefulness, the club sponsored a Teachers' Ap- preciation Day during National Beta Club Week. The teachers were honored with a reception in the lounge during their lunch 45 period. The principle activity which concerns the Beta Club is Award's Day.
