■ Ml Wildman, M. L. Furman, Deininger, Hays The High School Class As we all know, wliat the high school lacks in numbers it makes up in en¬ thusiasm and mischief. The high school consists of eight students. They are: Mary Ann Deininger, the fun-loving “Yankee” from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania; Sue ITays, sweet soprano from Emmitsburg, Maryland; Betty Jean Major, our vivacious Valentine Queen from Richmond; Marilyn Winkler, budding pianist and passionate Cleveland Indian fan from Seville, Ohio; Adela DeLeon, a quiet senorita from Guatemala; Nancye French, slim madcap and newest addition from Norfolk; Mary Lou Furman, “preacher’s kid” from Davenport, Iowa, and Peggy Wildman, the “Southerner” from Chicago. I nder the direction of our capable sponsor, Mrs. Philip Carlberg, we presented one of the successful dances of the school year. Although the dance was our major activity of the social season, we have tried to enter wholeheartedly into all Marion College events.
