Gustave Anglin Headmaster Your class of 1982 is unique in many ways. It is composed of many students who have been with us for six years, ever since the inception of the Mario Umana School. Also, your members are young people with deep sense of camaraderie, brotherhood and committment, despite the cynicism and prejudice of others in your generation. Your academic goals and achievements have remained intact throughout the six years you have been affiliated with this school. Finally, you have shared an uncommon concern for the welfare and values of the underclass men and women in this school for whom you serve as role models. When you leave this institution which has helped to foster your special qualities, | hope that you will maintain your personal committments to high standards in brotherhood, academic or career goals, and your personal lives. Only through your efforts will the uniqueness of your years at the Mario Umana School continue to serve as a model for others.
