The prize-winning floats were by the two Art Clubs and the Latin Club. The big game began at 2:00 in the after- noon. The I3-7 victory did much to add to the enjoyment of the weekend. MandM The weekend of the M and M game was full of excitement for the students of Marinette High School. On Friday afternoon a pep assembly was put on by several clubs and organizations. At the beginning of the assembly, Pat Kennedy, Victory Queen, was crowned by the captains of the game, Jack Pazdera and Jerry Johnson. Many clubs put on skits. Little Red Riding Hood fKaren Jensenj visits Grandmother fPaul Linserh as Delight Jensen looks on. A hair-dressing float was entered in the M 81 M parade by the Girls' Athletic Association. Carol Schwartz is crowned Miss Mistletoe by Darlene Carlson as Santa watches with great interest. We Saw You On December I7, the senior class held their annual party. This year's theme was Kandy Kane Kapers. The central attraction of the decorations was the large pine tree in the center of the floor, decorated with candy canes and tinsel. Entertainment for the evening consisted of group singing, solos by Gary Kriedeman, songs by a boys' quartet, and a visit from Santa Claus, Paul Linser in disguise. Sara Hood pours punch for Nancy Messenger, Joan Jerry Johnson and Arlene Arnovitz laugh as Carol Rastall, Joyce Behnke, and Yolanda Nelson. Schwartz holds the mistletoe cane above their heads.
