USMCR. came to the Academy in August of l980. Originally from Ar- kansas, he has served in the Marine Corps for 27 years. He has degrees in Inorganic Chemistry. Physics, and Financial Management. As Comptroller. he handles all day to day affairs of the Academy, plus the Academy's investments. He also oversees the physical planning operations of MMA and the Mess Hall Services. Although his official title is Comptroller , his duties do not stop there. He is often a M.M.A. scout for football. officiator for basketball games. and is the pilot of the Academy Plane.
