We hope he will be back next year to P.T. us some more. This is MISGT. Wasson's first year on the staff and is his first year as SDO. Even though he was green at the first of the year, his experience in the USMC made up for it. We expect to see him back next year.

C Company's Drill Instructor, Master Gunnery Sergeant Tideman, is a retired Marine band leader. With this record behind him, he is a very capable leader and has done a fine job with Charging Charlie this year. l-le has added a touch of professionalism to the MMA Band and is also the Military Property Custodian. INSTRUCTCDRS As the Drill Instructor of D Company, Gunnery Sergeant Dauwalder has helped to put the Delta Devils on top in the Intra Battalion Competition. Gunny D is also the Rifle Team coach and has taken the Rifle Team to the state championships. A DI at San Diego, he is a capable leader and we hope he will be with us for years to come. 7

These faces belong to Chief Backus Ca retired Navy Corpsrnanj and Mike Cavasos Ca trained X-ray techniciany. With Doc in the dispensary and Mike in the Mobile Unit, the MMA medical team is always on the ball.
