Mrs. R. D. Volkart Academ ibrar Mrs. Volkart, B.A., Texas Woman's University, has been the Academy Librarian since 1968. She has worked toward the improvement of our library and the greater quality of the facility has been noted by all who utilize it. ann-...M Lt. Col. Goldner, USAF fRetj, A.B., Yale, M.B.A., The George Washington University, has taught English I and English H at the Academy for three semesters. He has had previous experience as an instructor in the Air Force ROTC Program at UCLA and the University of Montana and has served on the Staff of the National War College, Washington, D. C. This year, he is the Faculty Advisor to the Annual Staff, who greatly appreciate his advice and interest. Lt. Col. Irving A.
