Charlie was a member of the Judo Team last year and participated on the Drill Team for 2 years. He is a Cadet SSgt., in 'A' Company. CADET DOUGLAS S. WHITE Cadet White lives in Harlingen, Texas. He attended the Academy for 4 years and is a Plank Owner. During this time, he was a member of the Drill Team for 2 years. He also joined the Football Team this year. Doug is a Cadet lst Sgt., in 'A' Company. 34 CADET WILLIAM E. WINTER Cadet Winter lives in Pensacola, Florida. This Was his first year at the Academy. Bill was a member of the Rifle Team. Air Post Graduates The Post Graduates came to the Academy through the Naval Academy Foundation. This extra year is used to prepare them to meet the re- quirements of the Naval Academy. They contributed a great deal to the sports program of the Academy. All seven are on the Football Team, six are on the Basketball Team, and five are on the Track Team. They have worked hard through the year and all have been rewarded by receiving their appointments to the Naval Academy. It is very seldom that any Prep School has a 1007, selection for appointment to the Naval Academy. QQ, nk Q L.
