Wt . Jolui Ofes We, of Marine City High School, welcome aboard our new principal and Captain” of the good ship Mariner. Mr. Oles comes to us from Avondale High School near Detroit, where he served as Attendance Officer. For being a newcomer to modular scheduling, Mr. Oles has adapted to it very well . . . (meaning he no longer refers to class hours as being periods, and now calls them mods ) All kidding aside, we know and understand many of the problems that Mr. Oles has faced this year, and we salute him for his capable leadership and respon- siveness to our high school.
