OLLEYBALL 5.4 . Row 1: Terrie Ysaguirre, Mercedes Flores, Anna Garcia, Leticia Rosas, Patricia Delores. Row 2: Mrs Carol Miller, Coach, Venita Lopez, Elvia Flores, Dorothy Norris, Rosie Westbrooks, Wendy Wagner Row 3: Annie Westbrooks, Barbara Ysaguirre. Girls' volleyball was a smashing success this year! The Varsity squad put it all together and brought home Maricopa High School's first volleyball trophy for the Central Division Championship. Mercedes Flores, senior, was selected First Team All Conference and Second Team All Tournament. Linda Cantu, Senior, and Terry Ysaguirre made Honorable Mention All Conference. Terry was the high point server of the year. The season record was 13-2. The l.V. team also had a good year posting a 4-2 record. The team and I would like to thank Maricopa High School and especially the football team and its coaching staff for the enthusiastic support they gave the girls this season. Coach Carol C.
