Most Reverend Ioseph McShea. D.D. Bishop of Allentown With zeal and competence Bishop McShea and Monsignor Barrett have directed the educators of the Allentown Diocese through a ditlicult year for Catholic schools. They and their assistants have presented the challenge to learn to each person in the diocese. By providing schools in the face of a financial crisis, they gave the opportunity for teachers and students to explore new areas of knowledge and technology.
