These are the duties of the Student Council. The efticiency of their performance depends upon the capability and in- telligence of the student officers. Elected in May of their junior year, the Student Vouncil President, followed by Vice-President and Secretary. head the list of law-enforcers. In addition. the council is com- posed of Yice-President and Representatives from each class. We extend our congratulations to this years Student Council Oftlcers whose efticiency has won the respect and admiration of the entire student body. Father Quain stresses the prime requisites of an efficient Student Council as he addresses the student body at the installation ceremony held in the Central Branch.
