During the month of October the Freshman class elected their ninth grade officers. The officers first sponsored a Career Awareness Seminar on November 14, 1973, to correspond with the National Career Week. Approximately twelve speakers from different occupations par- ticipated. At the end of November the officers sold Gobble-O-Grams to raise money to help pay for the ninth grade party ' May. Mrs. Katye B. Johnson is the Freshman counselor and sponsor.
