The French club has participated in many events during this school year. The members participated in France by the Sea, which was the Neiman Marcus Fortnight. They had a Christmas party where the members made a Christmas cake called buche de Noel. The group all went to a movie Subway in Dallas. French Club members enjoyed a crepe party, Ms. Bahr demonstrated three ways to make crepes. The students then filled them with ice cream and fruit. ln the spring they roined the German and Spanish clubs and participated in a Cultural Food Heather waits patiently for instruction, Exchange, Students make a dish typical of the country of the language they are studying, and they taste the foods of other countries. Future Farmers of America is an organization that develops job skills, cooperation, and animal care. These students learn how to breed, raise, and care for a stock animal. Then these students enter their animals in contests and sell them for money. The profits they receive covers how much they paid for the animal and the animal's feed. These students are classics to remember. FFA 159
