We will take our lumps this year, but it will make us a better team later, stated Coach Laughlin about the Marcus baseball team, The guys expect much competition from other teams in the league, especially from the Plano group. The team had three returning players. The coach feels that he has a strong group. The coach also said, We will be hurt at first by the splitting of the schools, but in a couple of years we should be all right.
