S tudem C ozmcil We at Marcellus are proud to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Student Council. The Student Council organization was accomplished in the 1946-47 school year. In 1947, as in every year since, voting machines have been used by the student body to choose the officers. The first election was held in the spring of 1947. Three new clothes racks were purchased for use at various evening affairs at school. The Student Council took over the operation of these during the home bas- ketball games and the senior play.
