DEDICATION The beginning of this world crisis found many Marcellus alumni serving in the armed forces. Since that time many former students have been sent to all parts of the world in the service of their country. The junior class is proud to dedicate this 1042 Marcellian to them.

POREWORD Marcellus graduates, in years to come, will look back on 1942 as a year of war. Most school activities have been carried on as usual but with the full co-operation of the student body in the present war effort. It is the hope of the staff that the 1042 M arcellian will present a picture of their activities in that year.
