THE ART CLUB The Art Club provides an outlet for the expression of the artistic creativity ot its members while also applying their talent in many worthwhile school proiects. To develop art appreciation, members have visited the Museum ot Fine Arts in Boston, and to give students practice in actual drawing techniques, field trips for sketching and painting have been arranged. In general, criticism, instruction, and diligent work combine to encourage the artistic progress of creative students. l

Sailing Club MarbIehead's sailing team was rejuvenated last tall after several seasons of inactivity. The team had a very successful tall season, with tive wins in six re- gattas, losing only to the Pingree School. The spring schedule also brought plenty of sailing, climaxed by a vveek-end team race in New York. lt is hoped that the sailing team will remain as a permanent part ot school activities in the future.
