An attempted field goal by the Dolphins also fell through which could have put the team on the score- board for the first time this year. Offensively. losing quarter- back Ron Styron moved the Dolphins 329 yards on the ground, and with only one completed pass in the game. Halfbacks J. Rahmes and Floyd Mason ran the most yardage for the Dolphins, with Mason highlighting a 40-yard return punt from Ransom. The Dolphins earned 12 first downs and gained some 40 yards with three punts. Jim Sikora, Dolphins head coach, commented on the game by saying, “It’s rough when you move the ball as many yards as we did and not get on the scoreboard.” The Dolphins will have a rough weekend this week when they will face Cardinal Mooney Cougars from Sara- sota. The Cougars will come to the Keys Friday and workout and then have a barbeque with the Dolphins that night. The game is scheduled at 8 p.m. on Saturday.
